NexOra Digital Studio UK ("NexOra," "we," "us," or "our") is a Pakistan-registered software development studio that designs and builds digital products for founders and businesses, primarily in the United Kingdom. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit nexoradigitalstudio.uk (the "Site") or contact us through it.

1. Who we are

NexOra Digital Studio UK is a software development studio registered in Pakistan, operating commercially in the United Kingdom and internationally. We are the controller of personal data collected through this Site.

2. What information we collect

When you submit the "Start a Project" form on this Site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company name (if provided)
  • The project type you select
  • The project description you provide

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this Site.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit through the contact form to:

  • Respond to your enquiry about a potential project
  • Assess the feasibility and scope of your request
  • Communicate with you about next steps, including by email

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you separately and explicitly opt in to receive updates from us, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

As a Pakistan-registered business serving UK clients and visitors, we apply UK GDPR standards to our processing of personal data from UK-based individuals. We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you have voluntarily submitted to us and to assess whether we can help with your project.
  • Consent — where you have opted in to receive further communications beyond a direct response to your enquiry.
  • Contract — where information is needed to take steps toward, or perform, a contract with you (for example, if your enquiry progresses into a client engagement).

Note on Pakistani law: Pakistan's data protection legislative framework is currently evolving. NexOra intends to comply with applicable Pakistani data protection requirements as they develop and are enacted.

5. Who we share your information with

We use the following third-party service to process form submissions:

  • IONOS — our email hosting provider, where contact form submissions are delivered and stored.
  • Vercel — our website hosting provider. Vercel may process limited technical data as part of serving the Site.

We do not share your personal information with any other third party except:

  • Where required by law, regulation, or legal process in the United Kingdom, Pakistan, or any other applicable jurisdiction
  • Where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of NexOra, our clients, or others

6. International data transfers

NexOra is a Pakistan-registered company. When you submit information through this Site, your data may be processed or stored in Pakistan (where NexOra operates), the United Kingdom, the United States (where some of our infrastructure providers are based), or the European Economic Area.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any international transfer of personal data is handled with appropriate safeguards. As a business serving UK clients, we aim to meet the standards set by UK GDPR for cross-border data transfers.

7. How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and, where a client relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship and any legally required period afterward. If your enquiry does not progress into a project, we aim to delete or anonymise your information within 24 months from the date of your enquiry, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights (UK visitors)

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under UK GDPR:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Data portability, where applicable
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nexoradigitalstudio.uk. We will respond within one month as required by UK GDPR.

9. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for business use by adults seeking software development services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
