Last updated: 23 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nexoradigitalstudio.uk (the "Site"), operated by NexOra Digital Studio UK ("NexOra," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of this Site

This Site provides information about NexOra's services and allows you to submit an enquiry about a potential project. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by anyone else.

You agree not to:

  • Use this Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any associated systems
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract content from the Site without our prior written permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

2. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the NexOra brand mark, layout, and design — is the property of NexOra or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use in evaluating NexOra's services. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Project names, logos, and screenshots of client work shown on this Site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed with permission as examples of work completed by NexOra.

3. No professional advice

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes about NexOra and its services. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Any specific project scope, pricing, or technical recommendation will only be confirmed in writing as part of a formal engagement with NexOra.

4. Enquiries and the contact form

Submitting the "Start a Project" form does not create a contract or any obligation on NexOra's part to accept your project. We review each enquiry and respond at our discretion, including the right to decline any enquiry without obligation to give a reason.

Indicative pricing shown on this Site (including any starting price reference) is provided as general guidance only and does not constitute a binding quote. Final scope and pricing for any project will be confirmed separately, in writing, before any engagement begins.

5. Third-party links and services

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (including client websites, and app store listings on Google Play or iOS App Store) or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexOra excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including indirect or consequential loss. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This limitation relates to use of the website itself. It does not limit or exclude any liability NexOra holds under a separate, signed Terms of Engagement or contractor agreement for an actual client project.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any separate jurisdiction clause agreed in a specific client engagement.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
